Our approach centers around creating a home that is a reflection of you – your Identity. We are dedicated to helping our clients get the best possible home for their investment. We will look beyond your immediate requirements and ensure that your home is flexible enough to adapt to changing needs.
Our Culture
Identity Desgn, PLLC is a single person firm. Each client receives a personalized experience, dealing directly with the architect in all aspects of the project. The person you meet at the beginning of a project is the same person who designs the work, attends meetings, coordinates consultants, completes your drawings, and works with contractors and building officials – in other words, handles all the project’s needs. A talented network of specialists is also available to help as needed, allowing the perfect team to be tailored to each project.
Rather than rigidly advocating for a particular style, we let the design of each project evolve from the evaluation of your site, your programmatic and spatial needs, and your lifestyle. We refer to vernacular precedents when considering building scale, proportions, massing forms, materials, and the neighborhood context. With additions, we strive to achieve a result that feels like it “has always been there”. We design homes and buildings that are tailored to fit the homeowner and their site.
